I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. Ms. Thu Trang, in particular, made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and truly caring about my comfort. The hotel itself is perfectly located, close to everything you might need—shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location!

The staff was exceptionally well trained, and friendly. They were able to provide me help with arranging the hotel shuttle and taxi service without any problems.

I liked everything about the hotel and think it will be an amazing place for a family stay on holiday considering the room size and facilities.

It looked glamorous but felt a bit tired and not so clean around the edges, possibly more of an Asian travel or businessman hotel.

Breakfast ok for easterners. Pool looked ok but open at strange time.
